Established in 2010 by Susan Sykora, a professional singer and vocal coach, Clitheroe Pop Choir have gone from strength to strength. Appearing on the main stage at the Beat-Herder festival, receiving the John Barry award for arts and culture and appearing on BBC TV are just some of the highlights of their journey.
There are no auditions or need to read music to join the Choir, and everyone over the age of 18 years is welcome to try a complimentary taster session.
The Choir rehearse around the school term at the United Reformed Church, Moor Lane, Clitheroe, on Thursday evenings between 7.30 – 9.00pm. Each term consists of 10 sessions with a break for half term.
