James Tabbinor is a Clitheroe-based writer and photographer, with a specialist interest in documentary and events-based photography.
A self-taught enthusiast, James is keenly interested in capturing people, performers, participants and audiences at their most candid. His work aims to create lasting records of otherwise fleeting moments and, at its heart, promote the power of community and the role of the Arts in bringing people together.
Born and raised in Lancashire, James has worked across the UK in a career spanning several Arts sectors, from museums, galleries and independent film production to his current role writing and marketing for video games. Since returning to Lancashire and settling in Clitheroe in 2022, James has thrown himself into covering the Ribble Valley’s thriving Arts community.
