ARTS GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 14 FEBRUARY 2025.ARTS GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN RIBBLE VALLEY:Arts Excellence Award's are designed to assist young talented performer’s progress in their chosen activity. The main aim of the scheme is to help with the cost of tuition, travel and equipment when practicing to a high standard. To be eligible the young people need to be:• Be over the age of 9• Be in full time education• They must have achieved a qualification / accreditation in the artform they practice that is recognised by a governing body• Must live in Ribble Valley. Grants are available for the following performance arts activities:• Dance• Drama• Instrumental Music• SingingThe deadline for applications is the 30 November 2024. If you know of anyone that this may be relevant to please feel free to forward this information e.g. families, choir leaders, dance tutors, music tutors, youth groups. GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR NEW ART PROJECTS IN 2025/2026, DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 14 FEBRUARY 2025.FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR NEW ARTS PROJECTS: Recreation and Culture Grant applications DEADLINE 30 November 2024. This grant scheme invests in the development of recreational and cultural activity in the Borough. Supporting the future health and wellbeing of the Ribble Valley community through new arts, sports & community projects. You will need to be set up as a Not-for-Profit organisation and have at least 50% match funding from other sources.
