Artist Sarah Kirk won the The Platform Gallery’s annual exhibition the Craft Open (2022), which is known for highlighting the wealth of talented craft makers surrounding the Platform Gallery. As part of this prize a new groundbreaking Ribble Valley business Sairo created a visual 3D image of the piece so that we could capture and enjoy the qualities of Sarah’s work in a digital space.

Sarah’s large-scale sculptural work combined different media that created a big impact, winning the selectors prize for innovation. The piece chosen titled “Pod” was made from ceramic and metal.  Have a play around with the piece by clicking on the image, turn it around, zoom in and out and explore it from all angles.
