Fresh Perspective began in 2018 as a small group of young people aged 21-25, funded by Great Place: Lakes and Dales, wanting to change the way people perceive their local town, Skipton, and to look past the perception that it’s ‘just sheep’. Now run by Sian and Beth, based in both the Ribble Valley and North Yorkshire, Fresh Perspective aims to bring joy to people’s lives through colour and public art, nation wide!

From 2021 until March 2024, our Community in Colour project was kindly funded by North Yorkshire Council and Historic England through the Cultural Programme as part of the Skipton Heritage Action Zone (HAZ) project.

If you would like to talk to us about a commission or just fancy a chat please get in touch, we’re always up for a natter!
