Lita is based in Lancashire, where she paints landscapes and urban and cityscapes in an abstract/impressionist style. She uses acrylic and oil paint on board or canvas.
She tries to capture the essence of a place rather than just a pictorial record of it and uses many layers of loose brush strokes, lines and other mark making to create the final piece.
